Rob and Wendy CLIFT, Senior Minister
Rob has a passion to see people connect to God in a deeper level. He has been in full time ministry since May 1986,and he has been working with the vision to impact and influence the community of the North of Plymouth. The prophetic words spoken to him about our fellowship has been a key element in seeing the fulfilment of God’s promises throughout the years. Rob is a visionary leader, and he believes that true worship allows believers to be more influencial in their community.
He also loves reading, sailing on his boat whenever possible and he supports Manchester United.
Rob is married to Wendy, and they have three children, Joanne, Sarah and David.
Samuel and Emma NEBOUT
Since 1996, Samuel has ministered to youth and people through universities, holiday camps and local churches. His African and French backgrounds has shaped and enlarged his understanding regarding the body of Christ and the culture of the kingdom of God. Civil engineer by training, he left it all to serve in full time ministry at NPCC in 2001.
He enjoys football (Arsenal obviously!), basketball and reading. More importantly, he is in love with his wife Emma and crazy about their children Charlie and Lovina. He sincerely believes that there is no limit to what God can do.
Andy and Brenda SMITH
Andy has joined us in 2005, God graciously bringing to us this man of wisdom, understanding and pastoral gifting. Prior to NPCC Andy has pastored churches in Derbyshire, Stoke-on-Trent and Cornwall. His presence is tremendously strengthening the leadership of the Worship Centre.
As a former newspaper journalist, he enjoys reading and writing. He still supports Notts County (who??) and likes watching boxing! He is married with Brenda and has two daughters, Becky and Angela.

Children Church
Kelly & Lee Beaumont
Kelly has been growing up in the Church and knows very well what it is to be part of any kind of children or youth group. As a qualified primary school teacher, she understands the psychology of a child. She loves being with children and show them how valuable they are in the sight of God. She has a unique approach to interacting and having fun with them. She works with an amazing team around her, all passionate about seeing each child being fulfilled. She is married to Lee, and they have a little girl called Evie.

Impact
Dave & Kathryn Noble
Dave and Kat have a very contagious passion for teenagers. This dynamic couple and team have taken up the challenge to infuse hope, vision and Chrisian values to the young people of the North of Plymouth. They both run Impact, a group geared for the 13-18 years old, where fun and fellowship has become high in the agenda. Dave and Kat have grown up in North Plymouth Community Church, being themselves part of the youth group of the Church. Kat has been a secondary school teacher for more than 10 years. David has been involved in youth and children’s work since 2001. He holds an accreditation in youth and school’s work with the Open university. They are both fully CRB checked.

Daniel & Jo Taylor
Dan is a great communicator and you will always feel lifted up after speaking with him. He loves people, and he has an overwhelming passion to see people from all kinds of background experience reel freedom. You will see him busy with helping people improve their living conditions and bringing hope in their heart for a better future. Supported by a dedicated team from our Church, Dan will make sure that Reach caters properly for individuals and families coming his way. He is married to the lovely Jo.
